The Thule 875XT Hydro Glide Rooftop Saddle Kayak Carrier is the slickest and easiest way to load a kayak onto the rooftop of your vehicle. The Hydro Glide Saddle’s friction-free design provides for super-smooth loading, but user’s should note that this set requires another pair of saddles to be a complete kayak carrying system.

The Thule Hydro Glide Saddle utilizes low-friction, felt-lined saddles to achieve its smooth loading characteristics, and fits Thule standard and Xsporter load bars, as well as Yakima, and most factory-installed racks. These saddle kayak carriers provide maximum hull conformance and kayak support via their large surface area saddles, with six times more contact area than roller-type carriers. Sold as a pair, the 875XT Hydro Glide carrier includes a ratcheting tie down, and a strap and buckle protector, although an additional tie down is required for safe boat transport.
